I invite you to a safe space where you meet with yourself. Who are you as a woman, man? What story wants to be heard, called, released. Maybe there is something that has been bothering you for a long time? I invite you to meet again with your body, mind and soul. What do you need now? Welcome for a series of sharing called: “Medicine Woman, Medicine Man”. The seedwas planted a few years back and somehow I never felt that the time was right tobegan... So many obstacles and questions, lack of technical resources but this autumnin Auroville in India something started opening. With the blessings of the sun, the rain, the taste of desert in my mouth, whispering wind, trees and plants something startled putting out the roots.
LIFE IS CEREMONY
Ceremonies can support us in many ways and they can be related to occasions in our lives such as birth, marriage, coming of age, death, divorce, moving house. Ceremony allows us to celebrate and grieve together. It gives us the opportunity to share what we know, what we feel, and what we need in a safe environment. It's an expression of emotions, a way to dig a little bit deeper and connect with our true feelings surrounding a moment or a milestone.
For many years, I have collaborated with many organizations in Poland and abroad, organizing festivals, conducting classes, offering art therapy, woman circle, nature connection gatherings, drum circles, theatre & movement workshop, inter generational workshops indoor as outdoors.
It’s not easy to describe artistic & creative processes verbally. For me this is alchemy and more and more my interest guides me toward nature and how we can learn from nature as for me she is a master of art & creativity.

What I love about sound – everything, it can travel with us anywhere, to me it's like dreaming space. Explosion of sensations, oh yes it's time to feel it.
I believe in a holistic approach that provide support by looking at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

Iza, the teacher, created a friendly and judgment free space where I was able to release my blocked energy and learn something new. In primary school, painting was not my strength.
