I took a part in the Vedic Art Foundation course organised by Nomadic Heart Art Medicine. Iza, the teacher, created a friendly and judgment free space where I was able to release my blocked energy and learn something new. In primary school, painting was not my strength. I definitely preferred to sketch with a pencil. I thought painting with paints was not for me.
