The choice is yours – if you don't want to or you are not ready to use your voice or drum there are many ways to express yourself.

IMPORTANT:

A non-refundable deposit of £40 is paid at the time of booking of an agreed date

Cancellations less than 24 hours incour full payment.

Each session is between 1-1,5 hours working on a one-to-one basis. I welcome your inquiry if you choose to get in touch to book or discuss how we can work together.

The session is designed to help you open up and have the power to express yourself even more openly. If you feel any blockages in your body or mind or simply you are disconnected from your voice this work will help you to empower yourself and reconnect with your inner self and voice.

So many times we heard we are not good enough, our voice sounds weird, simple we can't sing. I have had that voice within me telling me that I'm not good enough, that is why I do understand how it might make you feel.

At the beginning you might not be able to use voice at all so very often I invite the drum or shruti box to guide us and help you in that transformation process.

The work with the drum is also related also to finding the inner connection between the drum ourselves- calling of our heart.

We don't need to have any skills to be able to play a shamanic drum or any drum at all, again it's related to claiming that power within us and connecting with heart vibration.

There are many ways to find the way back. I truly believe in the power of creativity, art, sound, and movement to claim power back and fall in love again with creative sources within us.
