Air Element: Breath
Air represents the breath of life, movement, freedom, intellect, and communication. It's often associated with the heart chakra, the soul, and the mind. Air is associated with movement, change, and freedom. It's the element that allows for transition and exploration. Intellect and Mind: Air is linked to the mind, intellect, and the ability to think, reason, and communicate. Air supports us in this process, frees us and opens new doors, connecting us with our breath and voice During the session, we identify the intrusion and remove it from the person's energetic field creating good balance and compassion is fundamental for this work.
Fire element: Bon Fire or Candle
Fire is a powerful and multifaceted spiritual symbol, representing purification, transformation, energy, and spiritual awakening across various cultures and religions. It can also symbolize passion, divine presence, and even destruction and judgment. Fire is often seen as a sign of God's presence. Fire represents the burning away of impurities and old ways, paving the way for rebirth and new beginnings. Fire can represent passion, enthusiasm, and the vibrant energy of life. It can symbolize the burning desire for something, whether it's love, purpose, or spiritual growth. The "flame" of passion can inspire action and motivate individuals to pursue their goals...
Ether Element: Meditation
Ether/Space represents connection, transcendence, and the void from which everything arises. Space relates to the sense of sound, where we experience silence and stillness.One of thecticies where we can experience space is meditation where we calm our mind, body and soul.
Earth Element: Body
Earth is all about staying grounded and stable. Eath welcome us to create nurturing envirment that is related to our body. One of the strongest ways to reconnect with the earth element is through our senses.Earthing, also known as grounding, is the practice of connecting the body to the natural earth via barefoot walking.
Water Element: Water Blessings
Water blessing symbolizes the cultivation of calmness, clarity, and purity of body, speech, and mind. It is a way to cleanse oneself of attachments and generate generosity, compassion, and wisdom. Blessings water allows us to cleanse and invoke flow, but also release.
