Meditative Touch Rebalancing Massage is a form of holistic therapy that focuses on restoring balance and harmony between the mind and body. It often combines various techniques and methods, such as deep tissue massage, joint release, and breathwork, to address physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The goal is to release tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of well-being.

Meditative Touch of Rebalancing Massage invites you to reconnect with yourself as we  live in a very stressful environment,that can affect us in many ways, through feeling tension in the body as stiffness, pain, discomfort, which can be felt especially in the shoulders, back and hips.

 

Meditative Touch Rebalancing / Core Integration bodywork is a type of massage therapy that focuses on restoring balance in both the body and mind by releasing physical and emotional tension. 

 

It often incorporates elements like deep tissue massage, joint release, and body awareness practices to help alleviate stress and promote emotional healing.

 

It's an invitation to be more present as we concentrate on breathing that helps us to stay in connection with our body as very often we live in separation from our body.

 

Once we open the space, the energy can flow through the whole body.

 

Meditative Touch Rebalancing Massage focuses on releasing tension that is stored in muscles and fascia, improving circulation, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. 

 

 Meditative Touch invites slow and rhythmic movements, yet deep and gentle pressure, which helps to unblock physical and emotional blockages, that brings feeling of physical relaxation and emotional release.

The most important aspect of a balancing massage is breathing, which not only helps the client relax but also remain present and connected to their body allowing tension and  emotions to be released effortlessly

As a holistic therapist, I understand that our bodies store a lot of emotions and feelings, traumatic experiences, and we often don't feel safe in our bodies, which further causes imbalance and energy blocks.

 

I have been told that our body holds the memories that even our mind drop, and some of us maybe heard that fraze that our body can't lie.
